Terms of Sale

1. Seller

Products offered on this website are sold by 7WAY, independent artist.

2. Products

Products sold are digital audio files: beats/instrumentals, loop packs, MIDI packs, and drumkits. All products are delivered as downloadable files.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) including tax. Applicable VAT depends on the buyer's country. 7WAY reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Licenses

For instrumentals (beats), different license levels are available:

  • MP3 LeaseTagged MP3 file. Non-exclusive use, limited to 5,000 streams/sales.
  • WAV LeaseHigh-quality WAV file. Non-exclusive use, limited to 10,000 streams/sales.
  • TrackoutStems/separated tracks (ZIP). Non-exclusive use, limited to 25,000 streams/sales.
  • ExclusiveExclusive rights + all files. The instrumental is removed from sale after purchase.

Packs (loops, MIDI, drumkits) are sold at a flat price without a license system.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (via Stripe) or PayPal. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery is immediate after payment confirmation. Files are accessible via:

  • The order confirmation page
  • An automatically sent delivery email
  • The "My Purchases" section of your account

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content delivered immediately after payment. By accepting these terms, the buyer expressly waives their right of withdrawal as soon as delivery begins.

In case of a verified technical defect (corrupted file, inactive download link), a replacement or refund will be granted upon request to 7wayprod@gmail.com.

8. Liability

7WAY shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products or non-compliance with license terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.

10. Mediation and Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved by customer service (7wayprod@gmail.com), the consumer may freely refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
